Contracted Post Editor   
  Editing NCAA Division I College Football, Basketball and various sports content.  Show building, line producing and quality controlling video for “Live Air”.  Editing and Producing program content for the “Football in 60” show and “Sound on Tape” segments.  Creating video effect filters.  Utilizing Adode After Effects. Green screen compositing.  Exporting media file conversions for FTP pathways, VOD and Television for national and regional networks. 

CNN June 2008 – January 2012
Editor/Producer for CNN Image & Sound.
  Fast turnaround editing for various CNN, HLN & CNNI shows. Lead editor, in training fellow colleagues the implementation of new editing platform. Post Edit Assist, ingested various media file formats for Post Production. HD conversion, video encoding and compression outputs for DVD, web and mobile devices.

  Over-seeing and spearheading the editing of music videos, movies, documentaries, commercials and promos. Created and established company's archive video library. Gained extensive knowledge in green screen setup. Helped video treatment writing, storyboarding and lighting.

Moved up in the company, starting in the mailroom then becoming a “VJ” (video journalist) running scripts to directors and anchors, teleprompter skilled. Taking in satellite feeds and assessing video QC. Playback operation, working closely with AP’s, making sure video is queued for air.
Network Editor Position consisted of  tape-to-tape video editing and NLE on Avid News Cutter and Media Composer. Uploading video onto Media Source database. Working under tight deadlines
